Please Track All You Do For The Art Center

Volunteers are the life blood of non-profit organizations like ours. Each time you lend a hand, you save us the cost of hiring outside services. Volunteer deeds also benefit the Art Center in fundraising efforts because they are a clear demonstration of the value you place on our educational mission. Businesses and foundations are more inclined to offer grants and sponsorships to organizations that have the kind of strong volunteer support you provide.

Staff would like to acknowledge the many tasks performed, equipment lent and favors given by offering a 10% shopping discount on purchases made in our gallery. Please sign your name in the log books located in the wood, clay, and metal studios and let us know what you’ve done to help out. In addition to shopping for gifts to cherish, visiting the gallery is also a good way of getting better acquainted with staff and other volunteers who are part of the Art Center.

We have many opportunities for people to help--gallery assistants meet the public, provide information about exhibits, and make sales. Other volunteers help with planning and coordinating events.
