Create beautiful jewelry with the rich colors of glass. Students will
create earrings and neckpieces before exploring possibilities of their
own design. Students will learn skills such as cutting glass, grinding
edges, applying metallic powders, and layering for fusing. Technical
topics that will be covered include compatible glass, firing, and annealing
processes and examples of full, slump, and tack fusing.
