Best Firing Options in the Area
The Art Center is proud to be able to offer the best variety of firing
processes in the area. In addition to electric kilns for bisque firing
we also provide a raku kiln, an atmospheric soda vapor kiln, a fire
pit, and our new gas-fired reduction kiln. Students at the Art Center
are able to experiment with and learn about all of these processes.
Regularly scheduled firings keep the work flowing. Additionally, our
generous open studio hours offer students ample time outside of class
to work on increasing their skills and technique.
