Call for Entries
The Gallery at the Shelburne Art Center is located in the old Pierson
Library in the center of Shelburne Village. Situated on the green
along Route 7, this 1817 building is home to our offices, Fine Art
studio and gallery. We rotate work in our main exhibition hall every
6-8 weeks. In the wings of our building we carry American Craft and
Fine Art works for sale year round.
In order to show and sell work in our gallery, you must submit an
application to our jury. High-quality, original Fine Art and American
Craft (wood, ceramic, fiber, glass, metal, and mixed media) will be
considered by the jurors. Preference will be given to Vermont-based
artists. You may chose to apply for showing year round in our retail
arts space, apply for a solo/ group show, or both. A commission on
all sales in the Gallery supports the Sheburne Art Center's educational
programming.
The upcoming deadline for our jury is SEPTEMBER 22, 2008.
Please follow all instructions on the application. Applications without
all accompanying materials can not be processed.
