Japanese Folding Books Workshop

Create a spineless adhesive book using traditional Japanese paper folding
techniques. In this workshop, students will utilize a technique in which
an odd number of pages are folded and glued together in such a way that
when the book is opened all of the pages unfold to reveal what’s
inside. Using a variety of papers and mediums, beautiful art journals
and photo albums can be made with these book designs, all of which will
be demonstrated in this three-hour workshop.
